SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. We aim to deliver your order within the chosen delivery timeframe at checkout in relation to the receipt of your order and payment. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery date. If your order is not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
There are 3 delivery options available at Halloween Horrorstruck, which can be chosen at checkout. With Standard Shipping, we aim to deliver your order in 4 - 5 business days. Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout unless your item(s) are small enough for Mailer Size Shipping. With Expedited Shipping, your order will ship within 2 - 3 business days. Next-day delivery is available at checkout, and we aim to dispatch your order the same day. Next-day delivery orders must be placed by 2 pm for same-day dispatch.
We ship from our office in Wiltshire County to the Mainland UK. International Shipping is not currently offered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted or faulty products. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the Contact Us page to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. For faulty items, we cover the cost of return and provide a full refund or replacement.
Apparel items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact and still attached. Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged beyond the initial try-on for sizing purposes. If any returned items show signs of damage or wear or do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and subsequent refund.
We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products, including any applicable taxes, upon receipt of the products in good condition. If the product is found to be faulty, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense and will provide a full refund or replacement.
