This website is owned and operated by Horrorstruck Limited. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of Halloween Horrorstruck's online store and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing.
We will notify you if your order has been cancelled. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
When placing an order, we will require you to provide us with an email address and phone number. An email will be sent to notify you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and details. For avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling (GBP). Payment can be made with all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, alongside Buy Now Pay Later services such as Klarna & ClearPay. We accept cash payments in-store only. We will not accept liability for delays in delivery due to incorrect payment details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If it's not possible to accept your order at the price and specifications indicated, we will email you to advise you of the options.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. We aim to deliver your order within 2–7 working days of receipt of your order and payment. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery date. If your order is not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted or faulty products. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the Contact Us page to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. For faulty items, we cover the cost of return and provide a full refund or replacement.
We will refund the full purchase price of the returned products, including any applicable taxes, upon receipt of the products in good condition.
If the product is found to be faulty, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense and will provide a full refund or replacement.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the content of our website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors. You are prohibited from using any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from your use of our website or your purchase of products from us. You agree to indemnify and hold Halloween Horrorstruck harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the products offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Halloween Horrorstruck assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our products; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of the website and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
