Power Supply Unit Update Regarding EU Animated Halloween Props & Decorations

Dear Residents,

As previously stated in promotional material and our 2026 Product Catalogue, EU Animated Props & Decorations would be shipped with a hero adaptor in the extract – ''Hero adapter is EU-ready; we include a UK 3-pin adapter in each unit.'' We want to clarify that as of August 25th 2026, all concurrent Animated Props & Decorations will now be shipped with an appropriate 'Stepdown' style plug converter made to fit United Kingdom power plug wall sockets.

We want to also provide an update regarding the power supply methods for the following Animated Halloween Props:

''SKU: 022602 - 5.2ft Animated Undead Dandy'' & ''SKU: 022603 - 4.9ft Animated Jonny Bones''

As previously stated on their respective website product pages and promotional material, these props were battery-compatible. However, they are actually powered through their included power adaptors. As now stated, the included appropriate 'Stepdown' style plug converter will be compatible with the included hero plugs from the manufacturer.
